What if I am not satisfied with Dkelz Equipment Rental?

We believe in the service that we provide and the equipment that we select to do the cleaning. If you're not satisfied, you'll be refunded 100% of the rental excluding the delivery fee.

How Do I know if my rugs and sofa are washable?

On every sofa and rug, there is a label/tag that provides guidelines on how to care for your upholstery and rugs. Some items may say washable. It may also say dry clean only, which means that it requires a solvent or a dry cleaner to do the cleaning. Always refer to your tags or labels before renting our equipment.

Tell me about your referral program

Our referral program offers $5 for every booking. This is paid after the customer book and use our equipment.
